Bill updated the Flash Lite Enabled Handsets Spreadsheet.
According to his recent post: 67 Nokia devices, 57 Sony Ericsson devices, and 13 BREW devices are Flash Lite enabled handsets … up to Q2 of this year (2008). This includes on-market devices and expected arrivals to this period.

Mark had a recent post about the LG Viewty KU990 on his blog.
Like it’s distinct cousin, the LG Prada, this much more camera centric device also sports at least some Flash Lite UI.
I don’t know what is and isn’t Flash Lite, but you can check out some of the Viewty videos on youtube … [...]

Last week, Verizon made a newsworthy announcement … they are introducing ‘Any Apps, Any Device’ Option for Customers in 2008.
There are not a lot of details yet, but from what was said, it appears Verizon may be the 1st operator in the US that may be realizing that “walled gardens” are not the best [...]

If you’re working with Flash Lite BREW, you are probably already aware of the “AppLoader” (BREW Application Loader) that is provided for authorized BREW developers.
What is the BREW AppLoader? As you might imagine by the name … this piece of software allows you to connect to your BREW devices and load your Flash Lite [...]

Bill Perry is a new arrival on the Flash Forward 2007 conference schedule and is speaking about “Creating and Selling Your Mobile Flash Content”.
In Boston, one might say that was “wicked cool” or “wicked piss’ah” … which, BTW, if you’re confused by either of these terms you’d better rewatch Good Will hunting or see The [...]

Hayden Porter has a new blog and a recent post attempting to list Flash Lite devices currently circulating in the North American market (US & and Canada) through various operators.
Quite useful! But the information quickly becomes dated. It would be incredibly useful to have this info, instead, I think, inside of Device Central [...]

Bill Perry had a recent post about Flash Lite for BREW, as well as last week’s BREW conference. This includes some recent device and subscriber stats.
Although there are no recordings (thus far, at least) from the BREW event, a presentation is available from flashdevices.net.
Also, just a note, but the Flash Lite 2.1 BREW [...]

I don’t know if Adobe has mentioned this or not, but if you have developed Flash Lite BREW content, you might want to think about submitting to the 2007 BREW conference Developer’s awards (which have been extended).
I’m not entirely sure if the entries are limited to only those who currently have applications available on [...]
