I finally got into the “guts” of the LG Chocolate 3 (VX8650) and was able to browse around some of the file structure.
I found that like many handsets now shipping from LG, the LG Chocolate 3 (VX8650) is also using Flash Lite for the user interface (see below), which is pretty cool.

According to some updated data from Bill, there are now 19 mobile devices on the Verizon network which are BREW enabled and support Flash Lite (2.1) content.
So, 6 additional devices have been certified and extensions are now available).

Recently, I picked up a Verizon Wireless LG Verizon Voyager (aka, the “LG VX10000″) handset which I found leverages Flash Lite 2.x for pieces of the user interface.
Not a shocker really (LG is using Flash Lite on a few handsets) … Previously, in store, I had guessed it was Flash Lite, just playing with [...]

Via Bill, here is a recent article from Wireless Week on some of the things to be on the look out for in the future for Flash across Non-PC devices (Open Screen Project, Project Capuchin, etc).

Here is a really quick walkthrough of some the channels and content that is available via Dashboard on handsets starting to support Verizon Wireless Dashboard (essentially Verizon’s Flash Cast client powered by Adobe technology).
