Reason being … in the past, on other Nokia devices … I typically gotten past the Nokia splash and handshake animation for other whitescreens in order to recover. Not so, this time … [...]

I don’t think I blogged about this, but flixwagon.com is a recent competitor to qik.com. I’ve tried both … yes, it’s another mobile video live blogging application for S60 devices.
Funny, but I like the user experience in flixwagon (it is a bit more polished IMHO), but like the core functionality found in qik.com!
I think [...]

Turn your S60 Device into a Wi-Fi HotSpot

Wednesday, February 6th, 2008

It’s a rather simple equation:
JoikuSpot + Wi-Fi Shirt = Everybody’s friend in a Wi-Fi-less area!?
No, but seriously … if you don’t have concerns about security, limiting your own bandwidth (3G anyone?), and/or essentially allowing someone(s) onto your data plan; there’s JoikuSpot for Nokia S60 devices.
Here’s what it is:
JoikuSpot is a free mobile software solution [...]
