Samsung files patent for Mobile Game Joystick

Monday, July 16th, 2007

I caught this off Engadget … Samsung has put in a patent for a one piece mobile game joystick. Basically, the device itself acts as a joystick once “transformed”.
A few months back, I had posted about Zeemote™ (mobile “joystick”) (they have an external add-on device) … interesting, in it’s own right.
Personally, I like the one-piece [...]

YEPP T-9+ PMP supports multiplayer Bluetooth gaming

Saturday, June 16th, 2007

The Korean YEPP T-9+ Personal Media Player supports Bluetooth gaming with some of its preinstalled games.

Samsung YP-T9 PMP: No luck with Flash Lite (yet)

Wednesday, November 29th, 2006

I posted about this device a few posts ago … I recently picked up the Samsung YP-T9. It’s shipping here in the US (as well as other regions). Your local Best Buy or other electronics store may have it in stock.

The UI is pretty slick, and the device comes with Flash Lite preinstalled. Not sure [...]

Samsung YP-T9JAB PMP is Flash enabled

Tuesday, November 14th, 2006

I want to say that I saw this device while I was browsing devices in Singapore last week … however, given that each shop had literally hundreds of different portable media players to choose from, I cannot be sure … I did see the Samsung YP-K5 prominently displayed in a few different spots … very [...]
