Adobe released Flash Lite 3.1 authoring update and default profiles for the Adobe Device Central CS4, version 2.1.

New Features:

Flash Lite 3.1 provides improved web browsing on mobile devices. It also includes support for H.264 video, video smoothing and deblocking, and additional ActionScript APIs for image manipulation.
