A little late, but there is FlashCast training (Verizon Dashboard centric) at Adobe this week for those willing to attend at the San Francisco office.
I believe today is a Flash Lite 1.1 one day session, and then the other two days focus specifically on FlashCast training.

I finally got into the “guts” of the LG Chocolate 3 (VX8650) and was able to browse around some of the file structure.
I found that like many handsets now shipping from LG, the LG Chocolate 3 (VX8650) is also using Flash Lite for the user interface (see below), which is pretty cool.
