Bryan Rieger started a Mobile Design user group for the UK: mobiledesign.org.uk:
“Over the past year or so I’ve had the pleasure of meeting many individuals who for whatever reasons now find themselves tasked with designing all manner of things for a wide assortment of devices. Many of us come from backgrounds in print, multimedia or [...]

Flash on the Beach 2008 is now over … and it was great!
Looking forward to seeing/talking with folks, next year, at one of the 2 scheduled FOTB events in 2009.

Flash Magazine had a recent post that covered some comments on Flash on iPhone from here at Flash on the Beach, today, from the Adobe “Town Hall” meetings.
As I alluded to in my ActionScript Hero interview a few weeks back, at this point, it’s more about business than technical that is holding back Flash on [...]

I am working on a very simple (Flash Lite) Mobile Conference Guide for Flash on the Beach 2008 coming this Sept 28th, 2008 in Brighton, UK.
Here is an early screenshot of the guide:
It is turning out heavy on graphics and experience, rather than functionality, so it’ll be very similar to the FlexCamp Boston Guide [...]

I think the expression goes; “now or never” … so on that note, I just booked for Flash on Beach 2008 in Brighton from September 28th to October 1st.
I’ve been trying to get myself to Flash on the Beach for a couple years (mostly because of the things I’ve heard from the likes of Keith [...]
