Somehow, I missed this announcement (although, I am guessing it was very region specific and has just now been localized to English).
Anyways, the news is that Adobe and CELL have announced Adobe Device Central Premium Service in Japan for the Flash Lite/mobile developers there.

I caught some news (about some Japanese companies that their showing some technology to US investors) that contained a new Flash Lite service/product in Japan …
Seems to be some kind of transcoding service … but someone will have to verify.
