It’s not the first time we’ve seen online SWF compilation for Flash (case in point: wonderfl (AS3 compiler) and actually I know of one other company doing it in the Flash Lite space).
However, Kuneri has announced a service called “Flash Lite Generator” (which is available for Kuneri clients).

ActionScript Support Matrix for Flash Lite Players and Adobe Mobile Clients

Adobe published a PDF that contains a matrix of supported and unsupported ActionScript in Flash Lite versions 2.1, 3.0, 3.1, “3.1.7″ as well as Adobe Mobile Clients: 1.0 and 1.1 (which are AS 1.0 based BTW).

Adobe Mobile Client 1.1 unveiled as part of Qualcomm BREW MP (BREW Mobile Platform)

Qualcomm launched their developer’s site recently, and part of that are their new initatives for Flash (that they were talking about earlier this year, if you were privy, and savvy enough to find the info).
Among those are the Adobe Mobile Client 1.1 that is part of the Brew MP.
