So, Adobe MAX registration just opened up the other day. Very cool. I don’t think I’ve publicly posted this, but I’ll be attending this year as a speaker (I’ve been attending of the US event since 2004, regardless of whether I spoke, or not).
I’m giving a BYOL lab covering Adobe Device Central and testing techniques for mobile and device development.
Deep Dive with Device Central CS5
Join this hands-on session to learn how to leverage Adobe Device Central CS5 to test content across a variety of mobile and device form factors.Take a deep dive into its new features for testing Flash applications, including support for simulating new ActionScript 3.0 APIs such as geolocation, accelerometer, multitouch, screen orientation, and more.

I did a quick, broad search on “mobile” and here’s what I came up for Adobe MAX 2010 … at least 23 sessions that tie in.
It’s been a running joke inside and outside of Flash Mobile Community that “this is the year for mobile” for about 5 years. Thing is, we’ve also been saying that within Momoboston events for 5 years.
If ever there is a time for mobile and devices, it’s now … for me, it’s always been “the year of mobile”, but what else could an early adopter, say.
Anyways, bring your laptop, and come by and join my session if you have a chance!
We’ll cover ADC, but also a lot of examples on how to optimize workflow and tips and tricks I use for designing, developing, and managing mobile and device projects.
