In case you missed the news … apparently, Adobe will not be releasing Adobe Flash CS5 to the broader, general community for public beta review. Instead, they will be focusing on getting Flash CS5 released as soon as possible, including the packager for iPhone.

This is somewhat of a downer, since Adobe did say they were going to release CS5 beta to developers in beta back at Adobe MAX 2009 in October. According to the announcement, though, CS5 will come quicker to market, which will hopefully a good thing for all.

Also, I’m not sure if this announcement means the rest of CS5 will be a private beta, but I’m pretty sure it will be given that no other pieces of CS5 has shown up on Adobe labs anytime soon.
