I noticed iRiver has what I believe to be it’s first Flash device supporting Flash Lite 3: the P35.

The P35 appears to be a “network media player” (NMP), with support for Widgets (something called Open API UCI), Wi-Fi connection, web browsing, FTP server access, and media playback (video, music, DMB, and FM radio), personal diary (Calendar, Contacts, Whiteboard), and more.

It supports Flash Apps/Games (i.e. Flash Lite 3.x based content). Not sure if the UI is Flash based, maybe (pieces of it). Not sure if the widgets are Flash based (maybe).

It appears to run Windows 5 CE, and has between 8 and 16GB depending on whether you get the DMB Digital TV, or both the DMB and WiFi support.

You can check out specs, view the gallery, look at the design, see the multimedia specs, view the network features, or just get an overview of the device.
