There’s a new update for Device Central CS4 which allows you to publish to Flash Lite 3.1. It also allows Adobe Captivate into the mobile workflow with Creative Suite CS4 … say if you were working with e-learning content.

New/Updated Device Profiles via the Online Device Library
Also, there appears to be around 824 device profiles now for Device Central CS4 from the online device library.
With Device Central CS4, Adobe has made updating device profiles as easy as pie. How easy? Clicking refresh button on the online device library panel! Then just drag the new profiles onto your local library/device set/or project, heat to 375 degrees, add butter and serve … oh wait … no, just start your Flash Lite project(s) from there, no heating, no butter … required! (but it might help your content taste better for end-consumers, use your best judgement).
OK. I’m in a weird mood. This is what happens when it’s late and you haven’t had sleep … then again, maybe it’s just mobile developers in general, a bit wacky, take a look at Mark’s post about a man in a monkey suit (and Flash Lite). LOL.
