iRiver Wave (W10) - a new Korean phone/PMP supporting Flash Lite
November 7th, 2008 by Scott JanousekiRiver has a new Flash Lite enabled Portable Media Player/Phone called “The Wave” (or W10).
It supports Flash Games, and possibly sports a Flash user interface (it supports Flash Lite 2).
Some of it’s features are: Phone capabilities (Touchscreen, WiFi, SMS, Speaker, External Memory, service via Touch True network) and Multimedia (Music, Video, Edictionary, Text, Touch, Flash Games, “Bugs” Music Service, CSD Viewer).
You can get the device specs here. Also, take a look at the gallery of images, the design looks pretty cool.
I read somewhere recently, iPhone is likely to show up in the Korean market next year, so it’ll be interesting to see how Koreans respond to it’s arrival … along with this sleek device, among other existing mobile devices there.
