Here is an online video conversion service that supports “mobilizing” your video content to .3gp and .mp4 formats. Unfortunately, no .flv (yet)! … however, I imagine it wouldn’t be hard to add, and they really should get on that, don’t you think?

One cool feature … it conveniently sends you an SMS once the conversion process is done, and your mobilized video is completed, so you can view it from your supported mobile device (which is a majority of devices these days that can playback .3gp and .mp4).

The downside to this service is that they don’t allow you to tweak any settings during the conversion process through the web interface …

Also, currently, they only support 176×144 and 240×160 screensizes via the web user interface. However, there is a developer API, which is very cool of them to provide.
