If you hadn’t heard the news, Kuneri launched www.swfpack.com publicly not so long ago.

It is a new service that allows mobile professionals to package their Flash Lite content (games, apps, etc) via an easy to use online, web 2.0 style interface.

Here are some of the features thus far:

Cross platform
SWFPack is a revolution of Flash Lite packaging. It is 100% browser based and works on any operating system.

Saves time and money
SWFPack saves you time and money. You can create a self-signed SIS package in couple of seconds!

Zero installation
Even for experienced developers, setting up Symbian SDK might be a big hassle. If you are a Flash Lite developer things might get even more complicated. SWFPack is 100% hosted and does not require you to install anything on any device.

Global access
You do not need to setup Symbian SDK or buy license to each machine. You can access SWFPack any where, any time with a single account.

It just works
SWFPack is extremely easy to use and does not require any expert knowledge or skill. It just works!

Advanced options
SWFPack has advanced packaging options for experienced developers. You can fine tune your project and take full control.

NFL, CAB and DRM support
SWFPack is planned to support NFL for Series 40, CAB for Windows Mobile and DRM for copy protection. Stay tuned!

Extra features
SWFPack offers unique extra features. More on the way!

  • Simple protection - Protect your projects from illegal copying
  • Force Flash Lite 2.x - Shows error note if required player is not found
  • No stub - Uses system launch only and removes memory limitations
  • Maximum heap size - Set up the maximum memory your application can utilize
