New iRiver SPINN PMP has Flash Lite UI and games
August 3rd, 2008 by Scott JanousekiRiver launched their new Portable Media Player (PMP) called the SPINN that has (among many really cool features) a Flash Lite 2.1 user interface as well as pre-installed Flash Games.

The device uses an interesting user input mechanism (called “SPINN control”) for navigating through large sets of (media) content, such as music and video.
It also displays photos, has an FM Tuner, recording capability, DMB, a Text Viewer, and an e-Dictionary; to name just a few of its features.
The SPINN comes which comes in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB versions — also features a 3.2-inch screen, Bbuetooth, and 30 fps video viewing in the MPEG4 Format.

this article mentions a “TFT-LCD” display when the spinn actually has an AMOLED display. theres an important difference between the two
