Here is an evolving project for Flash Lite called Mxim which aims to deliver text and images within a framework.

Mxim Framework is an application development framework for hand held devices. It is a benchmark architecture for serving content on hand held devices.

Mxim Framework facilitates developers to port Web 2.0 experience on mobile devices and concentrate on application logics rather than worry about memory and processing issues on small devices.

It also facilitates web developers to port their websites from the desktop environment to mobile devices without sacrificing the richness of their content.

The focus of the framework is to replicate the rich user experience on mobile devices that is currently available on the desktop environment.

Its a client server environment utilizing the rich possibilities provided by Flash Lite platform on the client device. currently it supports, Flash Lite 2.x - 3.0.

It takes care for memory management on mobile device along with taking care of other limited resources on a hand held device.

Here are some of the features of release 1.0:

Rich user experience
Redefine contents for mobile
Navigation (Menu component)
Data optimization
Efficient loading time

Basic HTML support (H1 - H6, strong, br)
