Engaget had a post about what you would change in the chumby.

Both existing owners and new comers are posting comments there on their gripes, ideas, “wish-listing”, and other commentary on the chumby.

Also, if you did not know, there is also a fair amount of traffic on the community forums Chumby has setup, which lots of interesting propositions as well as news, etc from actual owners who have a hands-on on experience with the device.
