Looks like Bill is geeking out with a new Sony Mylo 2 (which supports a web based implementation of Flash leveraging Flash Lite 3).
He posted about it a while back when it was showcased at CES where he commented:

Over at the n95blog, there is a list of 25 “must have applications” for Nokia N95.
There are some really great applications listed which I have been using (I follow n95blog pretty closely).

Chumby Industries has a recent case study posted on ADC. This is good high level read on how Chumby Industries is leveraging Flash Lite 3 within their consumer electronic device.
