This was posted already, but I finally had a chance to read through it.

It’s great to get a current snapshot of the state of affairs in regards to Flash Lite (as related to keitai culture) in Japan, and some of the ways it is being consumed there.

You can the info here, in DC’s “What Flash Lite content is selling in Japan?” post. He discusses:

  • Flash portal sites
  • Screen savers
  • Chaku (Flash)
  • Flashcast and i-channel
  • Flash menus (ā€?kisekaeā€?)
  • Flash Video
  • Mini-Games
  • Selling content in Japan
  • … and Flash and Social Networks (as if you couldn’t already tell the later was huge by the # of twittermessages from Japan!)
  • and other items of interest …

From a Westerners point of view, it’s informative and worth reading.

Also, if you haven’t already checked out pikkle (Dave’s company), you should do that as well.
