Yes, I think viewing of TV might be better for casual content. No one wants to watch the English Patient (4 hour movie???!) on a small screen, but perhaps 20 minute segment, news, or other type casual content ...

I guess I've thinking more content customized for small screen just as games are ... 

Never been to Korea, so I don't know what the channels are like firsthand.
