Monday, June 25th, 2007

Dale had a recent observation about “Where’s Bill?” … aka the absence of Bill Perry from the MAX 2007 North America banner.

With all the Flash mobile going on at that North America event (Yes, Bill is speaking on Flash Lite 3 in addition to some other folks you already should know) … but, where [...]

Monday, June 25th, 2007

Bill Perry had a recent post about Flash Lite for BREW, as well as last week’s BREW conference. This includes some recent device and subscriber stats.
Although there are no recordings (thus far, at least) from the BREW event, a presentation is available from flashdevices.net.
Also, just a note, but the Flash Lite 2.1 BREW [...]

Adobe Creative Suite 3 rocks …

Wednesday, June 20th, 2007

Apparently, there’s some speculative talk about a second version of the Nintendo DS Lite over at dsfanboy and engadget.
My question: How do you improve on near perfection?
I’m sure Nintendo has some good ideas to answer this question (if the rumors are in fact true).
UPDATE: There is a reason why I said “near” perfection. Sure [...]

YEPP T-9+ PMP supports multiplayer Bluetooth gaming

Saturday, June 16th, 2007

The Korean YEPP T-9+ Personal Media Player supports Bluetooth gaming with some of its preinstalled games.
Could these be Flash Lite bluetooth games?! I’m not exactly sure how they are implementing these at the lowest level (API? XmlSockets?), if this is the case … however, the US based T-9 does promote Flash Lite standalone games … [...]
