Apparently, Word 2007 now supports publishing blog entries to several popular formats (including WordPress). Still adapting to the new UI, but so far it’s an interesting experience.

I’m not sure if I’ll use Word to make entries yet, but time will tell. I’ve tried other external apps to post, but I’ve always ended back at the wordpress web-based admin (with the custom theme plugin for the admin).

Luckily I earned this free copy of Office 2007 early last year for partaking in a couple online webcasts. Haven’t upgraded to Vista though. I figure I’ll wait for at least the first SP (Service Pack) before eyeing an upgrade.
