There’s a new initiative over at CMX called The CMX Mobile Device Reference Resource. It’s an attempt to collect capabilities for mobile browsers (CSS support for one). This is very reminiscent of the Flash Lite capabilities matrix that exists.

To contribute, use your mobile device browser to submit to the collection efforts by accessing the URL. You can also search on the current database. There is also a forums area for posting about test and capabilities results.
