I noticed the viliv p2 PMP (Korean, English) has been launched in Korea.
This device features a Flash Lite 2.0 User Interface. No word on whether you can load custom Flash Lite content on the device.

There’s a new initiative over at CMX called The CMX Mobile Device Reference Resource. It’s an attempt to collect capabilities for mobile browsers (CSS support for one). This is very reminiscent of the Flash Lite capabilities matrix that exists.
