Flash Developer (Mobile Devices) opportunity

I recently received an email from Dice.com regarding a Flash Mobile Development opportunity in Los Angeles, posted as of Sept 1, 2006. It is also posted here.
The job was posted by Robert Half Technology, which I believe is a recruitment firm. Looks to be a contract position, but could be full-time.
