Flash Developer (Mobile Devices) opportunity

The job was posted by Robert Half Technology, which I believe is a recruitment firm. Looks to be a contract position, but could be full-time.
Just passing it along. I believe it’s on the West Coast, in Los Angeles. Here is the information:
Flash Developer (Mobile Devices)
Skills: Required Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills): More than 3 years of software development experience. Hands-on experience with Flash Lite 1.1 and/or 2.0 on a variety of mobile devices is highly desirable. Macromedia Flash Lite, Flash8, Director MX, Flash Media Server, Flash Communications Server, Flex, Action Script 1.0, 2.0 and/or 3.0 Working knowledge of HTML/XHTML, XML, RSS, AJAX Working knowledge of OO concepts, programming languages such as C, PHP, JSP, JavaScript, Java, and working knowledge of databases such as mySQL is desirable It is desirable to have knowledge of user-centered UI design, human factors, human-computer interaction, usability Understanding of telecommunication processes and operations Familiarity with mobile video on demand, music on demand, media streaming, and DRM Experience with optimizing design for varying bandwidth and platform requirements Familiarity with mobile device operating systems, Symbian, Windows Mobile , and Linux
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implement Flash -based user interface prototypes and products for mobile devices
- Architect and build re-usable ActionScript components and tools to enable prototyping
- Create Flash -based Rich Mobile Media Applications using Macromedia Suite
- Write well-documented, reusable, scalable, and maintainable code
- Integrate Flash user interfaces with data / web services
- Design optimized client server protocols for data transport on radio networks
- Design and implement predictive caching techniques to minimize UI latency
