gmail POP3 access acting “flakey” recently?

Loading ...Is it just me or has gmail POP access been acting “flakey” recently? I’ve noticed it has been often unavailable several times within the last couple weeks.
HTTP access is fine, seems only POP is in turmoil … maybe they’re dealing with some DOS attacks, or upgrading? Not sure. I’m fairly sure it’s not on my end.

My gmail POP access was defunct for about the last 2 or 3 days. It finally started working last night when I got home.
