The folks over at episodic posted a bunch of downloads for the viliv p1. An important one is a firmware update for the device (bringing it to 2.4).

One caveat is that the firmware update puts in device back into Korean mode, so you’ll need to go into settings and switch it back to English. Don’t worry it’s fairly easy, it’s under the settings panel (which *is* in english).

Goto goviliv and look under “for owners” for all the downloads.

They also have more materials on their site (they even have the FL 1.1 authoring guidelines). A community blog has also been started.

I’ve also heard that the p2 won’t be out for a while, so not much sense in waiting for it, the viliv p1 is a great device for audio and video now.
