Proposed apps

I recently had some ideas for the new Macromedia central technology.

1. One is basically a extension onto www.hotdeals.org where deals are blasted to members as they are added … all too often, people have to check the site for daily updates … and often they miss out on deals. This would allow them to post and get updates in near real-time.

2. Another is an application that would help commuters figure out where and when trains are leaving from stations (i.e. a visual train scheduler) … I bet the MBTA would like that one. You could even have a kiosk that had the application help citizens know where trains were (approx time/place) … OR if you wanted to get ultra sophisticated you could hook in GPS coordinates to each train and you could see them real-time (very similar to the invisible ideas that came out recently)!

Anyways, just some ideas … now to find the time to actually design and develop the apps … if you are interested, send me some mail at: blog@scottjanousek.com

Cheers!
